Courtney and Todd’s wedding day was such a beautiful one. I know I say that alot, but truly it was such a great day. The weather was better than expected and their friends and family came from all over to meet them and witness their union, not to mention CELEBRATE with them! Yes the ceremony was special, yes the weather and details were gorgeous, and yes we absolutely had a precious couple who were committing their lives to one another…but we also had a PARTY! The dance floor was a hot one, and it was so much fun to watch

Kellie and Matthew had a precious wedding this October. Their day started early, and we arrived to capture preparation photos just before the sun rose. Crispness and anticipation in the fall air, the bride and groom with their wedding party laughed as they anxiously awaited for these two to finally say I Do. After getting dressed, we headed to Matt’s family farm for a special setting as Kellie and Matt chose to share a prayer and a first look together before the bridal party joined them for portraits. It was one of the most beautiful moments we’ve seen all year

  We feel like we are part of the Robinson family with as many weddings we have done with them. Jeff and Paige’s wedding was a perfect day and since we already knew them so well, it seemed like a breeze. This September wedding had enough of a sun and cloud mixture to tease me, but it worked beautifully for these two. Since they opted for a first look, they had plenty of time for tons of portraits, which we love, and we are so glad we had extra time with them because after the ceremony, the clouds rolled in

Maggie and Connor planned their Chattanooga wedding all the way from Texas. Maggie is in law school and Connor in med school. We have some idea of how draining that can be for sure! With ties to Cookeville too, they found us and met with us over skype. From the first meeting, we felt a connection, and even though we never got to meet them in person before their wedding day, it felt like we knew them, and Maggie and I got along like great friends. That’s the power of social media and I love love love having such connections

Where do I even start to tell you about the awesomeness that was James and Vickie’s wedding day? Well, for starters it was (or certainly seemed) like the HOTTEST day of the year. The workers at the gorgeous Clark House in Livingston were buzzing around, beginning to bring out decor as we arrived. We found Vickie and her bridesmaids, mothers, wedding planner and hairdressers upstairs working on hair and makeup, and James was downstairs chilling with his fellas to some music. This bridal party was super helpful and as we worked hard to finish all photos before the ceremony, they didn’t
