Caylin and Logan have amazing personalities. Their unique and young perspectives show just how strong love can be and how much commitment can truly drive us. For their engagement session, we took it all back to the spot where Logan proposed, Dogwood Park in Cookeville, TN. It’s a quaint little park that has become a popular hotspot for children since the new fountain and playground area, but the rose garden is a quieter and more romantic spot for hanging out with your love, so on the bench he popped the question. Claire & Chadwick – Engaged

Claire and Chadwick were so easy-going for their engagement session. This makes for a fun session with great results. We love when our clients trust us and just enjoy the ride, so this couple was fantastic to work with. They were so comfortable with each other – laughing and nuzzling like we weren’t even there. Even climbing a hill when we had a cool idea for the last shot. Perfection, I tell ya! We absolutely can’t wait for their wedding next June – these two are going to be the most precious married couple ever!

Leah & Bo ~ Engaged

There’s so much I could say to introduce Leah and Bo to you. From the history in gymnastics Leah and I have, to her amazing mother whom I adore, to the moment I saw pictures of the beautiful mountaintop engagement posted to Facebook. AJ and Johnny are some of the most laid back and fun people you’ll ever meet. I don’t know who’s more excited that we are shooting their wedding – me or AJ! When she got engaged, I was secretly hoping that we’d get a call about doing her wedding. Megan and Clayton simply couldn’t be cuter. Really. They both were so great to work with, not to mention obviously in love. Brandon and I met with this couple at their family-owned sawmill in Gordonsville. It was a gorgeous Sunday and we were thrilled to have such a unique location to shoot. {Allison and Jared ~ Engaged}

Before late fall brought the freezing weather, Allison and Jared and I headed out to Cane Creek for some engagement photos. Along with them, they brought Jared’s adorable daughter Hillary. She was a ham and I loved her to pieces. Allison and Jared were a fun-loving and happy couple – so much in fact that I think they laughed for a good 99% of the session.
