Amanda & Bryan – Wedding

On a perfect November day last year, Amanda and Bryan said “I do” at the breathtaking Two Rivers Mansion in Nashville, Tennessee. Although we knew Amanda from her days of being a bridesmaid in this wedding, we met her groom at their engagement session in the summer. On wedding day, it seemed like all Bryan cared about was Amanda. The gents got dressed as anticipation built and friendly male banter was tossed up for all to hear. The girls were quiet but chattered all about sweet Amanda and her soon to be groom. The location was stunning, and the bright oranges and

Hannah and Gary – Engaged

Hannah and Gary opted to do an engagement session in the winter. December in fact. Although you never know what the weather will give you, we surely lucked out this day with a gorgeous sunny day and not-too-bad temperatures. While so many couples want the fall leaves, spring buds or summer greenery, it was pretty refreshing to do something a little more out of the box. We started at a tree farm to give a holiday look, and then we ended up in downtown Cookeville where we were able to create some memorable snow shots for them. It was a

Abbie & Hunter – Wedding

Abbie and Hunter are another couple that we find so precious and genuine. Their love for each other is apparent, but not forced. It’s based in faith and not just emotion. It’s young but has such maturity. We got to know this fun couple during their engagement session, but in several planning meetings we learned even more and got to meet Hunter’s sweet mother as well. The night before the wedding, we were honored to photograph their rehearsal dinner, and it was one of the most joyous evenings! Such an excitement in the air, such celebration of love, faith and

Natalie and Josh – Wedding

Natalie and Josh – where do I even start with these guys?! They are a couple that we’ve grown so very close to in the time since booking and shooting their wedding. So much so, that we even went skydiving with them! Talk about a road trip! But their wedding day was just as special. I don’t think I’ve seen a more giddy bride at the altar – Natalie completely lit up the church with her laughter during the vows, and Josh’s reaction to his bride coming down the aisle was pretty darn memorable as well! This couple sure knows

Vickie & James – Engagement

James and Vickie are one of those couples who make us remember why we love what we do. They had so much fun at their engagement session, and even though I (Lindsay) had no voice and could hardly speak to help instruct them as to what to do, they rocked the session like superstars. The chose Cherry Creek Nursery and Tree Farm as their location since they have spent so many summer and fall evenings around the place, and it was a perfect October day which worked beautifully! We are so incredibly excited for their wedding in July and eager

Corey & Matt – Wedding

Corey and Matt met each other over 10 years ago. From different states, their paths crossed while in college in Arkansas and they hit it off and became the best of friends. They now live in Tulsa, Oklahoma but Corey has strong ties to Tennessee since she grew up here. Her family spent ample time at Beersheba Springs for many years, so it has a special place in Corey’s heart which made it the absolute PERFECT place for a gorgeous fall wedding. Gorgeous mountain top views, a secluded community, and amazing fall foliage all made for a stunning wedding day

Rachel & Mark – Wedding

Rachel and Mark had a wonderful wedding day. Not only was it gorgeous outside, but the day started with family all around. This wedding was very much about the important things and the decorations were hand-made, as was their tomato jam for the guests. Their ceremony was at Mark’s family farm, and he had worked all summer to ensure the property was perfect for his bride. Rachel had grown zinnias and wildflowers to use for the bouquets and table decor. Rachel’s mom made the wedding cake – one of the most intricate and colorful we’ve seen! Their dog, French Fry,

James & Miyo – Wedding

James and Miyo have a beautiful relationship. Their wedding totally and completely blew us away with emotion. The tender way he looks at her – the gentle poise and respect she exudes towards him. It’s one for the history books. James and Miyo each chose to get ready privately and then meet up for their first look at Centennial Park. Despite the crowds all around, the moment she approached him from behind and he turned to look at her just felt like they were in a world of their own. We were lucky enough to steal a bit of private

Alyssa and Jarod

Alyssa and Jarod are without a doubt some super fun people. We are so blessed with couples that become friends, and these two are no exception. We met Alyssa when she was a bridesmaid at a wedding we shot in 2013, and this year she was a bridesmaid in another wedding we shot! So, if anyone knows our tricks, secrets, and ‘rules;, it’s her! Jarod is an amazing complement to her and not only is he a genuinely NICE guy, he’s so relaxed and easy to be around. We truly loved our day with them and didn’t want it to end! This
